Best place for prosthetics. My friend has been going here for over 30 years and needed lots of fittings to get the fit right. They were always so patient with her and understanding.
Terrible.. The wrongful fit of their device led to the DEATH of my son.. it's been over 10 years and I have not forgotten what this company did. I wouldn't trust them to fit a device on a cockroach. I wish I could give them sub-stars.
Our child needed a custom C-Collar post neck fusion. I’m surprised Primary Children’s Hospital works with this company. They sent an elderly, disheveled Individual to take our child’s measurements. He showed no compassion, when our child expressed pain and discomfort. On his second visit, our child was in pain and didn’t want to change into the brace yet. The service and staff at Fitwell are absolutely amazing!!! They are genuinely caring and take the time needed for every patient. My daughter is a recent LBKA and I can’t express how much we appreciate all the care and concern Scott and his staff have provided us!
