Hotel looked very nice and easily accessible. Very central in Waikiki. However rooms were noisy and lifts took a while especially as we were on level 37. Bathrooms were a bit small and cramped, and no drainage on the floor. Cleaning/maintenance staff were lovely. I enjoyed the free aloe Vera and free sunscreen. Nice location with great breakfast buffet. No adult pool and children took over the hot tub every time we tried to use. Beach was more relaxing.

From my perspective, this place is massively overpriced. The monthly membership is advertised as around $195/month, but when you actually try to sign up, they tell you that price only applies if you commit to a one-year contract. Otherwise, the monthly membership is around $230–240. That feels very misleading. If the real month-to-month price is different, they should advertise it clearly from the beginning.
