I was really hesitant to join a group workout program I didn't think I would get enough attention on how to do the workouts properly since most workout groups tend to be pretty big. I'm glad I took a chance!!! Amanda has really pushed me to my limits and doesn't let me slack off she pushes me when she sees I'm trying to slack and motivates me when I'm about to give up. I am on my third week and I have already seen results. I plan to stay with this program even after I come back from basic!
I wanna thank Daniel, Tracy, Kenny and Amanda! You guys are changing my life in more ways than one! I am on week 5 already and I can feel my body getting stronger! I really respect and appreciate the motivation and postive energy you all have given me each visit! I am very excited and happy coming to fit therapy! You are becoming a second family to me and cant wait what the future has in store and the results i accomplish! I am becoming more proud of myself each day so Thank You and God Bless!

That boy Daniel is knowledgeable and awesome to work out with. Eventhough, he hurts my feelings lol pansy Now beast soon lol. Highly recommend it to anyone serious about their health and nutrition.
After less than a year away from Fit Therapy I'm back. The time I worked out with Kenny and his staff was great. I learned so much about strength training and combing it with cardio. Now I'm back doing personal training with nutrition. I'm excited to do the program, learn more and see results.
I happened upon Fit Therapy of Texas while looking on Groupon. I knew I needed to do something so called and talked to Kenny. When I first met with him and Tracy I knew this was the place for me! Tracy is counseling me and we are working through issues that have been in my way of success in the past. And training with Daniel is awesome! He pushes me and is in tune with when I'm at my limit and then pushes just a little more. It's almost been a month and I'm down 10+ pounds and??? inches. I have been working out at Fit Therapy of Texas for the last 2 months. I highly recommend this gym. Amazing group of people. Great gym. Motivating, knowledgeable, kind and friendly trainers.
