I joined FSU 8 years ago and it was the best decision I made for myself. The owner is the best coach and really cares about helping you be the best version of YOU!
I’ve been going to FSU for about a year now and I’ve never been in a better gym environment. So many people there I can call friends and ask for help and advice from.
Amazing people
For the last 13 years I've gone in and out over 35 different crossfits. The environment at FSUC is one of the friendliest I've been to period! Everyone in there is awesome and the bonus is there's usually a puppy or two to love on! This is also one of the cleanest boxes I've ever been in. I don't know how Isaac does it, but the mats look new every time I'm in there. He definitely has some magic cleaning fairies. The head coach/ owner is extremely knowledgeable.... if you just listen. And let him help you!
