I am a graduate of Rehab United's rehab program for a severely torn rotator cuff. Emma Siu is a great coach and I love the workouts. This is a great program for anyone fresh off rehab and ready to get back into full workouts.
This is a great place with wonderful people helping you stay fit. It might not be too much for me to say that it's been life changing for me. I do gym classes with Paulina twice every week, and it's helped me reduce weight and keep it off. You'll make friends with athletic people who'll help you get into healthy habits. And it's fun!
