My cover looked really goodFor a good priceThey were nice and easy to deal with
I've had several replacement windows for my boats, along with a total replacement of a top/windows/curtain. They do a great job, are upfront with everything, and their prices were better than anyone else I've found
They made an excellent cover for my new master craft. Customized it just the way I wanted it.
We have had boats in sister lakes for forty years And have had many covers made this was our worse experience by far. The cover had many snaps that had been relocated leaving small holes in the new cover. There are several areas where you can put your fist between the cover and the boat. When we took the boat back with the cover on it to show them, they were very rude and said it was a perfect cover. They need to change their name from fit right to Almost fits. Also 5% charge for using a debit card Chris.
Terrible customer service and I will never go there or deal with them again. I would rate lower if I could. We dropped off a pontoon bimini roof to get redone and ended up taking the old one back and will be going somewhere else. There were 3 different times I had to call them back after I spoke to someone and was told I would get a call back with an update. I was told the material was in and it would be ready in about a week. A week goes by and I don't hear anything so I called to check and was then told they never ordered ... read more
