I’ve been taking classes at FPG for about six months and almost immediately felt, and saw, an impact. I feel and look better than I have in a long time. Mario does a great job of ensuring everyone is working hard but also keeping his classes light hearted and fun. I look forward to making more progress with Mario’s help!

AMAZING! I have been coming for 3 months and already feel so much better!! I highly recommend. He accommodates to each person. I cant wait to see my progress in the future!

I’ve been coming to FPG for 4 months now and have never been happier. Mario is an amazing trainer and truly is knowledgable. If you are looking to lose weight or simply just tone this is the place for it.

Mario is a fantastic trainer. He puts a lot of effort into what exercises are chosen for your workouts, and knows exactly how many reps you’re capable of for each activity, to get the most out of the time. I’m training for a triathlon, and he has helped with my nutrition, running style, as well as quickly getting me into much better shape! Finally, easy to work with and is very supportive of you reaching small goals, regardless of what shape you’re in.
