Fit over Fifty is my favorite gym I’ve been to in a long, long time. I’ve been training here for about 8 months. No waiting for machines, no loud music, no trying to figure out on your own how to change up the workouts. Non-Intimidating environment. Geoff and Deb are wonderful, the gym is clean and well maintained, workouts are different each time, using TRX, and a myriad of other training equipment. My wife and I have been with Geoff and Fit over 50 since 2021. Had to take a break for a few months when my wife had a medical emergency. Once she was well enough we rejoined and so glad we did. Original studio was smaller and new one is fabulous. Plenty of room, great lighting and so many different exercise circuits it keeps it fresh. Always new equipment and new challenges for all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I began speaking with Geoff months before I joined - and he was always responsive, knowledgeable and willing to take the time I needed even though I was not a member.
