In my opinion it is a perfectly build, equipped and organized gym. Keep in mind it's not suitable for Olympic lifting, you should not drop weights. Very nice staff.

Great gym! The place is always very clean, staff is friendly and the classes are awesome.
This review is specifically for a new instructor - I took Sarah-Jane's class and was so impressed! Finally a spin class in the South Bay besides SC that plays Hip-Hop and EDM! Her class is tough, but her energy and her playlist had me motivated and pushing through! Look for her classes and give it a try, it's SC-like without the cost and in a more welcoming environment!
