I have been going to Rebel Med and seeing Dr. Phonexay for accupuncture and only have positive things to say. I had never done accupuncture before this year, and now I am unsure I can go without it. This is a very helpful practice, and everyone is very nice. I always leave feeling balanced and reset. I highly recommend going here.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Schales and it was great. I have been struggling with psoriasis for a year and a half. We talked in depth about lifestyle and stressors to get a broad picture of what may be contributing to the issue. A good friend of mine has been a satisfied patient at Rebel Med and recommended their clinic when I said I was looking for a new acupuncturist. (My previous one was no longer practicing). I have been very impressed with the care and attention I have received from Phonexay Simon. She is a kind and patient listener and remembers details. The office staff is professional and welcoming. The clinic space is clean and comfortable. Look no further if you want to be taken care of in the heart of Ballard.
Great place and wonderful place to have as care team. Andrea and Valerie at the front desk are wonderful. Khai is a great acupuncturist and highly recommend.
