Fit Moms of Philly has simply been a blessing as I have sought to remain active throughout my pregnancy. Dilly, Joi, and Tori are very knowledgeable and attentive to their clients. The workouts are challenging, and each trainer is always prepared to provide modifications were needed. I have learned a lot in my short time with them, and am confident in putting together prenatal workouts at home when weather or my schedule don’t allow me to make it to the studio.
