I love the Fitmoms of Philly studio, a place where I can pour into myself and be around other like minded women. Having the option to bring my babies is a lifesaver. Being trained by Delisa who a mother as well is so skilled at what she does and you can tell she truly has a passion for it.
I joined Fitmoms of Philly in 2018 and I love it here! I joined when I was only an auntie I had no kids lol. But still felt very welcomed you don’t have to have kids to join. I now have my baby boy he’s 3 now and Delisa was my doula. She’s been my Trainor for almost a decade now. I’m never leaving! 10 out of 10 do recommend
I absolutely love this place!!! A welcoming and safe environment specifically for women and pregnant moms, you are able to focus on your personal goals. The establishment creates a sense of community, safety, and freedom. I highly recommend if you're just starting out in fitness, aiming for a specific goal, or prefer being around women rather than a traditional gym with men, this place is an excellent choice to find support, motivation, and encouragement.

What can I say? She is very good at making sure you understand nutrition and your body and really pushing you to excellence. I've been working with her for over 10 years and I am forever impressed with how well she works.
