I enjoyed and was challenged by fit minds almost from its inception. Every day Shannon sent a new puzzle which engaged my brain in different ways. The information sessions which Shannon organised where delivered by experts in their field and provided the opportunity to ask questions about maintaining our mental faculties as we age. Shannon has remained a supportive on-line friend and always responds to our answers.

I was the enduring guardian for a friend who suffered from advanced dementia. I engaged Shannon Chin of Fit Minds Australia to provide my friend with weekly cognitive stimulation sessions. I attended several sessions of Brainrobics provided by Shannon in conjunction with Care Gateway. Shannon made the sessions interesting and she provides materials that are stimulating. I highly recommend her and her program, particularly to the elderlies.
