I gave one star because I cannot give less than 1. Stear clear of JT Tapias on line program. It is bogus. He wanted to charge me $3750 for a 90 day program that had a food program of a lot of processed foods, eating the same thing for weeks on end, and 5 texts messages a week. He gets you to sign an agreement that is written for an in-person coaching program and states that he just hasn't had time to rewrite the contract. There are few details in the contract.
