This program was so easy and I had no issues sticking to it. I really love it. After my hysterectomy I couldn't lose any weight. I spent hundreds looking for something. You CAN do this! When I heard about this program, I thought it was something I could not do. Not only was I able to follow the plan, I gained confidence in myself and lost 25 lbs! This is the first time in all the diets I have tried, I have lost weight quickly and safely. It's amazing how good I feel! Ron, my fit coach, has been so helpful with my journey. It really works. For most of my adult life I've been overweight.
