Started out skeptical at first, and I went through all of the injections. Never really weighed myself until the entire process had been over. I lost about 15 pounds, and one shot a week helped.
Friendly accommodating staff. Program worked well and was very enlightening. Cost was a little high for my budget. I lost wait and the B12 shots provided energy with no side affects

This diet works!!! The first couple of weeks were fairly difficult but it really helps you to change your eating habits and your attitude towards food. The staff were always very helpful and friendly.
