Fit Medical helped me rtealize that just because I had hit menopause didn't mean I have to be a frumpy ole lady! This diet works!!! The first couple of weeks were fairly difficult but it really helps you to change your eating habits and your attitude towards food. The staff were always very helpful and friendly.
