Fit Mamma classes have been a game changer for me getting back into fitness after my second baby. Jack is incredibly knowledgeable and able to tailor the training to suit each individual in their postpartum recovery. The crèche onsite means I get to concentrate on training, rather than end up trying to entertain my little one like I did in other Mum and Bub classes. Knowing I’ll get a car park easily is also super helpful. Great bunch of women too - highly recommend Fit Mamma!
Amazing small personalised classes. Love the variety, exercising outside and experience of Jack to ensure the exercises are modified if needed and challenged as you get stronger and fitter. So rare to find a class that is outdoors and has an optional included nanny/creche so you can focus but with bub close. Thank you FitMamma!
Great classes. Great community. Indoor crèche which is removed from the training arena is just what I need. Plenty of onsite parking. The best!
Fantastic classes with very attentive and personalized instructions that have helped me regain strength and manage injuries during my postpartum months. The nannies are great and it’s awesome to have some baby free time to focus on my fitness goals. Always easy to park and a bonus to have EV charging too!
Fit Mamma has been a genuinely great find — the classes are excellent and the community atmosphere keeps you coming back. The creche and nanny setup makes it actually workable for busy parents, parking is easy, and the whole experience feels supportive rather than intimidating. Highly recommend!
