Wonderful experience, beautiful surrounds and peaceful. The experience from first contact was great. Well thought out activities (not compulsory!) Every day was jam packed full of activities, yoga, mediation, sound healing, lifestyle classes, emotional intelligent sessions, massages and beach walks. The fantastic nutritious meals. Staff are professional and friendly and make you feel at home from first day. A beautiful swimming pool to relax by or take a swim.
The Retreat was well organised but fun. I lost 1.8kg in 5 days (very easily)The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. You knew that Fit Life Health Retreat organisers were there to support and help you.This experience has inspired me to continue on my journey to a healthy - amazing body
Anyone who has actually been to the retreat will review this with nothing but 5 stars!!! All I can say is life changing!!!! I can not recommend this place high enough. I am an active person that trains everyday, but this retreat helped me to learn how to be kinder to my body. To nourish it and support it both physically and mentally. Can't speak highly enough. This retreat changed my life. It gave me all the tools I needed to be able to move forward in the most challenging time of my life. From the surrounds and location to the gourmet meals to the speakers and coaches, it was truelly amazing and unforgettable. Forever grateful 🥰
It looked far better before the horrible text on the walls and symbols all over the place. Looks like a cult now :|
