I found this workout studio while on vacation in Hanalei. I loved it! Sara and Rose and all the participants were very welcoming and friendly. It was great to be able to keep up with my workouts and try different classes. I would highly recommend this fitness studio.❤️

Sarah is an amazing fitness teacher! Highly recommend! Everyday is a great class! And the consistency is key! This helped me get back in shape after pregnancy! I’m so grateful!!

Sara is an amazing teacher who keeps it fun- she supports all different levels of fitness, reminding us to breathe, modify but also makes me sweat! Her cardio barre is a can’t miss
