This studio has something for everyone! Whether you are brand new to exercise or simply looking to take your strength to the next level Renee and her team have you covered! They offer so many services from one on one training and group fitness to nutrition coaching. There is no monthly membership fee and the workouts are always creative, challenging and changing. They’ve kept me motivated and coming back for 4 years.
Fit In The City ran group exercise classes at my former employer. I took a wide variety of classes for years. Then I retired and thought I'd exercise at home.....that didn't happen. I reached out to Renee and found a great class that really met my needs/wants for exercise. 18 months later, still motivated and going. Love the Fit In The City community!
