I've work with Josh for 4 1/2 years. He is knowledgable, professional, and a great motivator. He will not only get you in shape, he will help you live a healthier life style. He is there with you every step of the way. If you want results train with Josh. He is by far the best.
Get your work out on & then get a great massage, the new location is great with all the services that are now being offered.
