Booked an appointment online to understand the program and to receive a free body scan back in March. I arrived and the person that was supposed to meet me didn't show. She called and apologized and offered a free week to try out the facility which was nice. I'm still waiting on that free week and never got the scan either.
These trainers are excellent!! They are extremely positive, motivating and very knowledgeable. I recommend this gym to anyone who wishes to improve.

I love the way the staff encourages us while at the same time pushing us to our limits. For instance, cardio day outside was a mix of challenge and rejuvenation. The fresh air and scenic surroundings added a refreshing element to the run, making the effort feel more rewarding. However, the terrain and outdoor elements made it quite demanding. Despite the difficulty, the invigorating experience made it worthwhile, offering both physical exertion and mental refreshment.
