This gym has changed my life! I was stuck in the same vicious cycle of wanting to get into shape but being too busy and tired to do anything about it. hands down the ABSOLUTELY #1 gym and coaches around. The energy and atmosphere is top tier. I highly recommend.
I joined the studio after an ACL surgery, I was scared and anxious that I wouldn’t get my mobility back and after a few years attending I have not only gained my most of that mobility back… I have achieved things I never thought I was gonna be able to physically and mentally… going to this studio feels more like hanging out with friends were we are all trying to reach one same goal and is to become our better self!
If your like me who doesn’t know what part of the body your suppose to work out and just jump in you can hurt yourself. That’s why fit42 is the place to go besides the personal trainers helping you out you got group workouts as well. Also started the summer meltdown and so far it’s day 2 so to early to say hahaha. If you wanna hit the gym try fit42 they help you out and most importantly reach your goals / motivate you to put in the work as well as get results
I cannot say enough good things about Fit in 42! I've been a member for nearly 5 years, and they completely deserve being voted the No. 1 gym in the Coachella Valley. The coaches and staff are amazing people, the workouts are incredibly fun, and the vibe is always friendly and welcoming. Plus, the gym is always spotless. Their challenges are super motivating if you want to kickstart your goals. 10/10 recommend!
