I have been going to Strong Republic since January of this year and i have noticed the difference of more energy and muscle mass. I have more strength in my ankles and core. I am looking forward to the next 6 months !!
I completed my first two weeks going three times a week and I haven’t felt this great in energy and strength in months! The trainers are amazing very attentive to detail. I have never had such great personal coaching and motivation. They make working out feel encouraging and worth the sacrifice of your time. I highly recommend Strong Republic if you are tired of feeling tired. You can do it!!!
I’ve been a member for three months now. The semi private format is challenging but not intimidating. My form, strength and confidence have greatly improved since joining.
Making the commitment to join Strong Republic was definitely the right decision! Small classes that enable the coaches to give everyone support and encouragement. Very knowledgeable coaches who take pride in the work and pass on this expertise to us !! Special events every month to create community. Yes, you should absolutely check them out 😎!!!
There's a lot to like about Strong Republic. For me, above all else, it's approachable and they meet you where you're at with your current fitness level and goals. The classes are small, which helps personalize the programs to your needs and abilities. I've overcome years of inertia in my first few months here and am very appreciative of the team.
