Very clean and maintained. The instructors and employees are very well trained people and treat everyone who enters those doors like family. Definitely recommend this studio to everyone.
I purchased a 21-day trial package on black friday sale which included 2 types of classes; strong and combat. I only tried the strong class and I didn’t like it much. First of all, the class was at a very slower pace than I expected. Warming up was based up static stretching which made me very sore the following 3 days. Secondly, the coach/trainer was not very motivated. She was helpful on the movements but maybe she didn’t feel like working out that day… Thirdly, the class was too cold. A/C was on all the way.
