John is very knowledgable and as honest as the day is long. We have a new house with a Daikin system and I have been impressed with the comfort level in our house and the power bills which I think are very reasonable. Great company! (2024 issue)A couple of years later we had an electrical storm. John determined the problem (a board) and got the system back up and running very quickly. What more could you ask for in a company taking care of your HVAC????
After incorrect diagnoses from 3 different hvac repair companies sent out by our home warranty company & over a week with no AC we contacted Fit Home. John responded right away & came to our home same day. He pinpointed the problem to a faulty circuit panel, got the part within a couple hours and installed it. He reprogrammed our smart thermostat & even took the time to go over some of the features we weren’t familiar with.
