I hired Ryan at Fit Gym and have had a great experience. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, and I really appreciated how he tailored my workouts to accommodate my medical and physical limitations. I’ve felt supported and confident throughout the process. Overall, he’s a great trainer and I highly recommend him!

⸻ Great Little Gym This gym is one of my favorites—not because it’s flashy or like the big-name fitness centers, but because it has everything you need. It’s small and straightforward, with all the essentials for basic strength training. The group classes are excellent, led by some truly skilled instructors.
