Coach Zee has the BEST women's gym on the east side of Atlanta. If you're looking for a gym that is a true "no judgement zone" look no further. Her training style, truly pushes you past your limits and get's you out your comfort zone which undoubtedly yields AMAZING results. I've trained with her for a few years and I absolutely love the environment, Zee truly has a heart for her clients.
Coach Zee is an amazing trainer she is a one Woman show. If you are looking to get results and you stick with her meal plan and the schedule training sessions you will get results.
Trainer designs workouts that target every part of your body. Love the atmosphere.
