I had horrible back issues. I was in constant pain. The terrible SWFL pain doctor viewed me as a profit center. The unqualified "physical therapist" treated me like someone who was 30 years older with one foot in the grave. I was told core conditioning could help solve my pain issues instead of masking them with nerve blocks. I researched Fit+Fun, which offers core conditioning classes. This is a great fun fitness center with reasonable prices. I was here for 3.5 years and really enjoyed the fitness classes. Highly recommended!
Our family getaway at Cape Coral included a few fitness classes at Fit & Fun. We hopped into a yoga and strength training class. As a group fitness instructor, I throughly enjoyed the energy Ms. Tina brought to her participants. She is extremely knowledgeable. The workout was organized and it’s obvious this is a fitness family where everyone supports one another on their wellness journey. Ms. Vicky’s yoga/stretch class was perfect for beginners or advanced enthusiast. No regrets!
Tina is amazing! Stopped in for a workout while visiting my mom. Wasn't sure what to expect, but WOW!! 10/10 recommend and will totally go back next visit. (Wish she was in Pittsburgh!)
Tina was able to throw a 40th Birthday private workout with 16 of my friends that traveled down from Minnesota! It was my 1 request to workout in my birthday and they all made it happen! Tina was amazing and created the perfect workout for our group! Her energy, humor, music selection, and atmosphere provided the perfect start to our day! I will definitely be back if I’m ever traveling to Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area!
