I fell in love with this place the first time I went! The trainer was motivating and made you feel comfortable! I was so sore afterwards I knew he had done his job! It was so much fun the hour flew by and When I saw Iron sharpens Iron written on the wall I knew this was the place for me! I love Jesus and working out and this place serves both well! Definitely going to be a member
I was so glad when I found Fit From The Core. When I moved back to Georgia from California I didn’t think I would find another gym as good as my last one. Boy was I wrong. The place has a great atmosphere and the workouts are incredibly intense, but I love it. If you are looking for a gym that is judgement free and takes all the guesswork work out for you Then this is your place. I’m so happy to have found it.
The atmosphere is incredible! The classes are top-notch! Everyone is friendly and I always leave feeling energized! I highly recommend!!
Fit From The Core, is exactly what I have been looking for. My first experience was intense and it definitely was not a cake walk but it is exactly why I will be going back. Dorian was awesome and you can tell he really cares about those he works with. He guides you to make sure you are doing the exercise correctly and pushes you to be the best you can. 10 stars!! I’ll definitely be back !!
Helpful trainers, positive energy, with fun music. Keeps you focused and motivated. FFTC got me excited to get back into the gym.
