Great place to be. Highly recommend Dorian. He has and will take the time to help you be at your best. Not only does Dorian support but you have great guys too who always support around you!
Hands down the BEST gym ever. You will get your butt kicked for sure, but each time I have left, I felt like I accomplished something. Dorian has a way of keeping everyone motivated and enjoying themselves no matter how tough the workouts may be. Cannot wait to see the progress! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Fit From the Core !! It’s a 10/10. Him and his wife are both so sweet!! You will always feel welcomed and loved ! You come as you are and they’ll love you and help you get in your best shape. No matter how young , or old , no matter how advanced , or new you are , they have workouts for everyone!
