Love this place! Such an uplifting atmosphere and the trainers really push you and help you to maintain proper technique
I enjoy the workouts, friendly environment, and the trainer! I really need someone to push me to get back into shape and he is definitely the right guy for that. The trainer has lots of knowledge and provides a positive workout environment.
From the moment I stepped on the gym floor, I knew I was about to be fit from the core — literally and figuratively. The trainers are part-coach, part-cheerleader, part-magician (seriously, how did they get me to do push-ups without crying?) & oh so welcoming. The equipment is top-notch, the vibes are high, and the playlists make you want to lift like you're in a Rocky movie. I highly recommend looking into & joining FFTC!
I tried the free classes and decided I would get the membership. I don’t do well in a traditional gym setting having to come up with my own routines or just using machines, so the trainer led model is what motivates me the most. The workouts are no joke and really engage every muscle group. The atmosphere is positive and chill. Other members are friendly and Dorian is tough, but awesome!
