Dave and Alex have a fantastic program in Spark! Welcoming, friendly and supportive of all ages and fitness levels (while still being challenging and awesome!), Spark has done nothing but impress us since we joined. Best gym experience I've ever had. Tough workouts, but fun at the same time!
Fit Foundry is always a great workout ! I love the variety of classes and that the workout always changes every week which keeps it exciting. The trainers are great and super knowledgeable as well.
I feel stronger. I am stronger. THANK YOU Fit Foundry for creating a challenging and encouraging environment where I look forward to working out along side friends! I feel energized and accomplished every time I finish a class!
I would give it 6 stars if I could. Spacious and clean, fun workouts, great people, even better playlist.
