I have been going to Fit Foundry for three months and absolutely love it! The coaches are great, there are multiple types of classes, and they update them weekly. Classes are fun and make working out enjoyable! If hesitant, I say go to a class and see if it’s right for you. AJ
I started going to fitfoundry this year at recommendation from one of my friends and I was completely blown away by the training, business and trainers. The group classes are challenging and I am always learning something new. I always leave with a great sweat and I love taking the semi private sessions. I have been training with different trainers for a long time and none have come close to fit foundry. I have tried many different workouts some in Hoboken and different cities and this is by far my favorite.
Fit Foundry in Hoboken has been nothing short of life-changing for me and my wife. We were creeping up on 40 and in the worst shape of our lives, but thanks to the incredible environment and community Dave has built, we’re now on our way to being in the best. The energy, support, and dedication from every trainer - Alex, David, Cait, and especially Dave - has kept us motivated and coming back. It’s more than a gym; it’s a place that genuinely lifts you up and pushes you forward.
Dave and Alex have a fantastic program in Spark! Welcoming, friendly and supportive of all ages and fitness levels (while still being challenging and awesome!), Spark has done nothing but impress us since we joined. For six months our son has fallen deeper by day into the love of physical exercise and the rewards it can bring.
