This gym is welcoming to everyone. The staff is phenomenal and has become a second family to me. My husband, son and I go together and have fun.
Nice facility, a lot of different options in equipment and workout styles. Staff are welcoming and greet you by name. LifeSteps is a wonderful program available through this facility as well!
Fit For Life is the only gym, in nearly 30 years, that I have stuck with. Never have I felt so at home and truly loved at any other gym. Unless I move away, Fit For Life will be my gym for the rest of my life.
This is the best gym! I've moved away, but haven't found anything that compares. Knowledgeable staff and everyone is friendly and welcoming. Smaller feeling atmosphere, but A LOT of options at the same time. This gym and especially my trainer Heather made me enjoy working out. You won't regret joining!
Silver Sneakers classes are great! Fun way for seniors to exercise and stay fit.
