Type 1 Diabetic here and I LOVE these teas and protein shakes while avoiding glucose spikes! I visit twice a week. Staff is super friendly and helpful as well!

Heather, Madison, and Peyton is always nothing but helpful and super nice. Even when they are slammed with customers, they always makes sure you feel welcomed. The shakes, teas, refreshers, and every thing is just wonderful! I haven't had anything I don't like.
This place is amazing!! The shakes are sooo yummy and Heather is absolutely wonderful!! If you want to lose weight, she's the girl to go to!! 😍
