The young girls at the counter couldn’t look up from their phone’s long enough to bother with us. We asked if they had wedding dresses with sleeves, she didn’t even bother to look, but said, no. We found 3. This was Saturday 2-1-25

Everything we experienced at Fit for a Queen was perfect. From the service to finding the perfect dress! Highly recommend this shop!!!

Very, very poor customer service Got measured twice for a tuxedo. They never fit or looked even remotely close to the picture we were given as an example. Was told I could be refunded if I sent pictures of it on. She also told me that there was an on-site seamstress. I was never given this option. The manager is very rude. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Girls that are a “small size” i wouldn’t go here. Got nothing but very mean attitude when I walked in. As a somewhat bigger girl, I recommend going to beehive (in oak hill) for formal/prom dresses. They are SUPER nice and don’t judge you. They will literally help you find the right dress. Fit for a queen, isn’t for all queens. ❤ My 2023 prom was perfect no help from Fit for a queen. Hope y’all’s service gets better!
