Owner of this gym is incredibly mean and disrespectful to elderly groups. We just got reassigned from rehab and instead of being empathetic to us she just told us how weak we were, broke our confidence, and made us leave early. Very disappointed in their unprofessional behavior. This gym just takes advantage of insecure people and siphons money from them. Don't believe a word they say.
This gym has inexperienced coaches that are unfriendly and treated me like a burden. I came here in order to learn more about their fitness program and build confidence in myself as a trainee, looking for someone to guide me through the exercises but instead I got surrounded by staff who feels like it's their duty to police everything I do and over-scrutinize my failures. I saw Athena for massage therapy, and have consistently had a great experience with her. She is extremely attentive throughout the session and able to pivot according to different needs. She is very knowledgeable about her work and I love seeing her!
I have been getting a deep tissue massage weekly at FIT. I highly recommend Athena ! She is very professional and will customize your massage to your needs. Great atmosphere, great massage therapist.
