The workouts were pretty good however, when I injured myself and needed to cancel. I was (for the first time) informed there was a "30 day cancellation" policy, not a huge problem, just one month lost but its ok because the classes were decent. However, I was billed again the following month so this seemed like a shady business practice. Massively disappointed and still would not refund my money. I am going through the credit card.
