My husband and I have been training with Robert at Fit Family for going on 2 years. It should speak volumes that we have stuck with it this long. He is a great motivator and truly cares about his clients. We highly recommend Fit Family for private training sessions!

He has one of the only one on one does not say do this and walk off. Robert has a true passion for what he does and for seeing people’s fitness improve
We trained with Coach Robert for the first time and loved every minute. (Okay, maybe I was hurting for the last few seconds of that plank! Lol). He did a great job creating a workout that our family could do together, while still making adjustments for each of our capabilities. Can’t wait to go back!!!
