Fit & Faith has one of the best setups I have seen in all my years of training. They are also very clean. I have been training with Jessie who has been wonderful. Her workouts are always well planned and challenging meeting my needs to improve my goals as a Senior. I look forward to my workouts and I always learn something new each time.
