I have been training with Gabby at Fit Factory for over 2 1/2 years. It was the best decision I ever made for my life. My health has improved tremendously, I am stronger both physically and mentally. Gabby and her staff have a love for training and bringing out your best! I am so very thankful for all of them and for the many encouraging people I work out with!!
