I've been going about 3 years to Fot Factory Nashville. They have convenient class times and the space in conducive to an variety of workouts. That variety is one of the biggest reasons I continue with them. Each workout lasts 45-60 minutes, including warm up and cool down. FFN reminds you that working out can be tough, but efficient, if you follow a few core practices. Great workouts with really friendly coaches! I've been going here for 2 years and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Great for people of all fitness levels.
For years I attempted to workout on my own at gyms like the YMCA and Gold's. The problem was that I wasn't pushing myself and therefore, nothing was getting accomplished. The combination of helpful trainers and others around me at Fit Factory is what I need to actually see results. If you're like me, Fit Factory is the place for you.
