Phenomenal experience working out here. From my first class I knew I found my new spot. Great instructions, small classes and a positive community vibe. If you commit, you will see positive changes in your body and fitness.
Had the pleasure to take the morning Reformer Pilates class with Tanya, and it was awesome! She is super sweet and explains the moves very well. It is by far the best Pilates class I've taken in the city. It was quite challenging but very doable, and I can already feel my body getting stronger and more toned! I can't wait to take more classes here. Reformer Pilates makes your body GORGEOUS!! Highly recommend 10/10
Great gym with challenging coaches and classes, especially Hyrox. Only downside: $20 no-show fee if you're a minute late and can't check in.
Took a Hyrox Strength class and had a great time! Coach Ricky gave lots of helpful tips on form and technique throughout the class, and it was a good way to meet other locals who are training for Hyrox. Good energy the whole time.
