I've had a great experience at this gym! The variety of classes keeps every workout interesting and enjoyable. I've especially enjoyed the classes led by Lucas and Amanda. They take the time to demonstrate each exercise properly, explain the correct technique, and ensure everyone feels comfortable and confident throughout the class. Have had 3 solid classes with Adrian so far. He’s always very motivating and helpful which helps me get the most out of my workouts! Great tunes too
I’ve been going to Fit Factory for the past couple of weeks and it’s been a great experience so far. The workouts are tough, the energy is always high, and no two classes feel the same. A big shoutout to Lucas, Mike, Adrian and the entire team. Everyone is friendly, encouraging, and makes you feel welcome from day one.
Lucas was fantastic! He made the class so welcoming, engaging, and fun from the moment we walked in. Even though we were just visiting Toronto and it was our first time at Fit Factory, he made us feel like we were regulars who come every day. Great energy, great coaching, and an awesome atmosphere. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Toronto!
