Great workout each time I go there!
Does not respect the tenants in the building after months of numerous complaints. Always the same instructors blasting the music/bass and heavy weights being thrown around during their 6am classes and the evening classes from 5-9pm - Kurt, Yaw, Ricky and Michael. Kudos to the other instructors who have been respectful.
Amazing energy, excellent trainers.
