Always love coming to my classes at Fit Factory! The classes are challenging but so enjoyable - I always come out feeling like I've really pushed myself. The instructors are all really knowledge and supportive and I love the energy they bring to every class. Shout out to Yaw, Jacklyn, Suzie, Ricky and Patty! I'm sure the rest of the instructors are just as great
Absolutely love the reformer Refine Pilates classes here! The class sizes are small (both times I’ve had only 5 people in the class), clean facilities, and overall very welcoming vibe. Tania is a wonderful instructor who is super encouraging, especially for a beginner like myself!
Just tried my first hyrox class with Ricky at fit factory and absolutely loved it! I’m not usually one for classes but this one was the right level of challenging and appreciated the help I got throughout the session :D definitely recommend
