I went for my trail class a few days ago and was not impressed at all. JP was so confused at front reception, he kept trying to sell me a membership after I explained several times it's my first time at the gym and I'm not interested in a membership till my 2 week trial is over. The instructor just went right into the class without asking if anyone is new or has any injuries. The class felt like a cult, they kept making this weird groaning sounds throughout the class. I have been trying the reformer pilates classes and have had a great experience overall. The instructors are friendly and are great with correcting your form and recommend different options for beginner/intermediary levels.
One of the best gyms in the city. Clean space, great energy, and top-quality equipment for every workout style. The vibe keeps you motivated, and the staff is always friendly. Perfect if you’re looking for a gym that feels like a community.
Hats off to Ricky for offering former elle fitness members the ability to convert our class packs to FF class credits. FF's classes and trainers will push you outside your comfort zone, but in a safe and encouraging way.
