Fit Culture is a great place to get a fabulous workout. The trainers guide us thru a series of circuit stations for a 45 minute workout. Each day of the week is a different focus, upper body, lower body, cardio, core and balance or full body. The Fit Culture community is extremely supportive of one another as we each reach our own fitness goals.
Inspiring trainers, fast paced and varied workouts so that you don't get bored, lots of motivation to get more healthy.
