I had knee surgery November of 2016 and really struggled getting it back (pain free) to keep up with my active lifestyle. Word of mouth said Ciro would be right for me and I was not steered wrong! I am back to hiking, biking, and possibly even running again! I have learned so much about strength and being mindful while I am working out. I cannot thank him enough!
