If you are looking for a gym that welcomes you from day one and continues to push you each day, then this is the gym for you. I haven’t found a gym that I actually loved until I found DCFBBC. I highly recommend checking them out, you won’t regret it.
I LOVE THIS GYM! I’ve never in my life stuck with a workout program like I have here. The people make you want to come back everyday. We are family here and the trainers go out of their to make sure that every single person feels important. The way they push you makes me work harder than I ever have and the workouts are hard but also fun because you’re surrounded by such a great group. You can come to workout and truly feel like you are with your people here! You are greeted by name every time you walk in, you are made to feel comfortable learning the exercises, and you will be pushed to achieve your goals! Great for any level. I burn more in 30 minutes than I ever do at the gym by myself for an hour. Definitely recommend!!
