Fantastic place to work out...trainers are super friendly and they make sure you feel comfortable!!!
I am on my second week of going to the Spruce Grove fit body Boot camp. Robyn is the only trainer there that I have trained with, she's been absolutely amazing, very encouraging and she always makes me feel really comfortable. It's nice to go to a gym and not feel like you're being judged. I would definitely recommend this place if you need someone to encourage you and motivate you. 👊

I can’t say I’m happy with fit body boot camp in spruce grove. My friends and I started going for a few months and had never signed contracts. I told them I only wanted to do month to month training as I couldn’t commit to a membership and I was leaving the country for 4 weeks. When I got back from our travels I noticed 2 months taken off my visa from fit body so I contacted them and no one could answer my questions. Basically I just kept getting asked when I was coming back. Finally I said well at least give me back one mon... read more
