The best meal prep I’ve probably had… You can tell it’s good quality food. Not like the junk some of those other places try to sell you… This is fuel, real food.

Food is amazing with great macros. Priced accordingly because time, care, and ingredients cost money when combined. I have never had a bad meal here, and rhe desserts are great too. Anyone here complaining about taste & price is probably expecting Mickey D's level / style of food. This is not that. If you are serious about losing weight, building muscle, eating clean, and living healthier - eat here. The rest of you can take yourselves back to your usual drive-thru lines...

I have been here a few times and the food is very clean, tasty, and you can tell how much care the owners have put into it. That said, it’s hard to fully support a place when there are ongoing concerns about how certain employee behavior is handled. I’m aware of situations involving harassment that don’t seem to have been addressed as seriously as they should have been. Issues like that deserve clear accountability so both staff and customers feel safe. I hope management takes this kind of feedback seriously.
