This place is beautiful. A truly elite gym.
Mucho equipmento!
First time at the club and they showed me around, it has nice facilities! Places to stretch, but no stretch room.
Good gym for value. Lots of cardio, free weights and machines. Classes no extra charge with good instructors. The men's locker room needs updating.
Staff is wonderful and the facility is always clean!
Where east meet west
Such a clean gym with great classes!!
Drink lots of water... PERIOD!
Be sure to fuel your body for recovery with some protein upon completion of your workouts!
