Highly recommend postpartum classes with Lucy! I enjoyed stroller-fit as a way to build my confidence leaving the house with my newborn and returning to fitness postpartum. It was a great way to meet other moms and I made some amazing mom friends. I also completed a return to lifting program with Lucy and found this really helpful to build my confidence with heavy weights, improve my form, and get ready to get back to the gym, all while my little one tagged along. It was more user friendly and helpful
Lucy's Stroller Strong classes were a great way for me to exercise postpartum and I enjoyed getting out of the house with other moms/babies. My son was 1 year when I joined after lockdown restrictions lifted but I wish I could have started much sooner! She always gave a variety of modifications to meet the needs of everyone in the class depending on where they were in their postpartum journey, and was very knowledgeable about postpartum health. The class were a lot of fun and I highly recommend them!
