RecommendedI joined the New Year New You challenge wanting to get a jump start on weight loss gained during Covid. It has been great working with the trainers they are very helpful in helping you learn all the different exercises and very motivating. I also like the fact it is all woman and small groups so more attention can be give to you as you need it.
Everything. Love the class sizes/classes itself/ all the trainers and class participants. It was the best decision I have made.
I love that it's a smaller gym, and you are paid attention to. The instructors are personal trainers too!!! They work on goals for the individual. Meal prep etc.
I’ve never had a great relationship with exercise or the gym. After joining a new year challenge with Fit, I was hooked! The trainers are fabulous- dedicated to helping each of us grow and develop. The class sizes are small- perfect for 1:1 form correction. I’m now a member and couldn’t imagine not working out!
The trainers, Camille, Diane, and Lisa are genuine, and kind and it is obvious they truly care about the wellbeing of each member. The facility is super clean, and although I was new (then the pandemic happened), the members I did meet in person were welcoming. Because of the pandemic, Camille, and her staff (shout out to Christine!) quickly put together the virtual gym, it is fantastic! Fit 2 the Core/Nutritionworks RI has been one of the best fitness commitments I ever made. The ladies of Fit 2 the Core are by far the most amazing, kind, funny and tough women I have ever met in a gym. They are a beautiful mix of ladies from all walks of life and all age brackets. I have never felt such an attachment to a gym before and it is because of the members and the trainers.
