Wonderful gym with amazing people and instructors !!! Camille has thought me how to eat better and live a balanced life !!! Would recommend anyone who is looking for change and to be motivated to visit their location .
I wanted to take a minute to rave about Fit 2 the core/Nutrition works RI. I recently joined a 21 day sizzle your middle promo. I met with Camille the owner and she could not have been nicer ! She made you feel like you could do anything with her guidance. It was a great atmosphere. All of the girls that belong are very nice. The workouts are great and they worked for me ! Awesome place I just joined 2 weeks ago and I absolutely love it.
I woke up on my birthday about a year and 1/2 ago and didn't like what I saw or where I was in my life. A close friend suggested I go see Camille. I did and am forever grateful to her and her staff for what came after that. I am not only in better shape but have a much better overall attitude towards myself. If anyone thinks it's too late. Think again. It changed my life! Met some awesome friends and we have a lot of fun too. Give it ONE try, I guarantee you will come back. Thanks Fit 2 the Core!.....
I have been with Camille and Fit2theCore for about 10 years. With Camille’s help and guidance I have lost over 100 pounds. I have learned how to eat right and this has helped me keep the weight off! The workouts and motivation have helped me physically and emotionally
