The food for the most part was good but my tater tots came out cold. Other than that food was perfect. Now the service absolutely SUCKED. We sat here after she took our order and she never came back to check on us. Someone from the kitchen brought our food out and he was more helpful than our server. Come to find out our server left and never told us and no other server took over. We had to get our own refill also. Great experience at the actual restaurant! Our waiter was great, don't remember his name but he was from Dayton, Ohio. The view of the lake was great as was the catfish! Getting to the restaurant was something else. Parking is not available at the dock and you have to park at a lot and shuttle to dock. Once there you had to catch a water shuttle or take a 10 walk. The shuttle was fast and we did the walk even though it was the hottest day of the year!
8 ppl in the restaurant. Took forever to get food. Burgers were burnt. Fried mushrooms came out after we were done eating and they were near black. I own restaurants. Oil should have been days ago.
Had my family of 14 come of lake from Conley bottom to eat. Service was very good. Food was amazing. Recommend to any one.
Took 2 hours to get food and they weren’t even busy. Ended up having to get our own refills on drinks, asked 3 times for a drink before it came, they were out of multiple items. Somehow ran out of fries and substituted tater tots but didn’t ask, Philly was so greasy wasn’t edible, onion rings were cooked to a hard rubber.
