If you are sent here from the DHS, Dr. Fishman does a fine job which is to diagnose you, not act like a babysitter
If you receive cash benefits from the State of Hawaii, you will be sent to Dr. Fishman for "evaluation". He has you fill out a pointless questionnaire which he does not even care to discuss, so I doubt he even reads it.
